Wilfredo Soto won his prize in the ‘$1,000,000 A Year For Life Spectacular’ scratch-off game, which offers top prizes of $1 million a year for life. Soto opted for a one-time lump-sum payment of $640,000. The store that sold the winning ticket will receive $2,000 as a bonus.
