Former professional wrestler Hulk Hogan claimed during a Fox News appearance that Donald Trump may ask him to lead the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition. Hogan alleged that Trump made the suggestion during a meeting backstage at a rally in New York City. Despite Hogan’s fame as a performer, his history of steroid use and controversial statements may make him an unusual choice to educate children on fitness. Trump has a history of appointing controversial figures to advisory roles, such as former NFL star Herschel Walker and Hogan’s former boss Linda McMahon.
