After a lengthy investigation, Jacksonville & Tampa Police think that they know exactly who murdered Jacksonville rapper Julio Fulio (real name Charles Jones) here in Tampa last month. Jacksonville PD made three arrests Saturday. The suspects were identified as Sean Gathright (18), Alicia Andrews (21), and Isaiah Chance Jr. (21). Suspect Rashad Murphy (30) was arrested in Jacksonville last night and suspect Davion Murphy (27) is still on the run.
