It’s no secret that Diddy and attorney Tony Buzbee are archenemies. It was recently revealed that Buzbee can’t practice law in the federal court for the Southern District of New York; and that’s where 22 of the lawsuits against Diddy are filed. So as you might’ve guessed, Diddy and his legal team are asking the judge to throw those cases out.
Diddy’s team is also alleging that Buzbee violated New York’s Rules of Professional Conduct for attorneys by suggesting that Diddy is guilty of the criminal charges he’s facing even though neither Buzbee or his clients are involved in that federal indictment.
