And your safest bet won’t cost you much. It could even be free. 44% of teachers expect to receive gifts from students or parents during the holidays, while 53% do not.
Here are their top five answers
1. Handwritten letters, 52%
2. Cash or gift cards, 45%
3. Classroom supplies, 33%
4. Personal items like a scarf or coffee mug, 28%
5. Packaged food like cookies or candy, 24%
The top gift they DON’T want to get is BOOZE. Not everyone drinks . . . and it’s also just awkward to get alcohol from a child.
