According to “Business Insider”, 85% of Americans eat at McDonald’s at least once a year. But is there anything healthy to eat there?

While nutritionists say not to make McDonald’s a part of your regular routine, there are ways to enjoy it on occasion.

Here are the healthiest menu items you can order at McDonald’s:

1. Apple slices. They only have 15 calories and four grams of carbs.

2. Egg McMuffin. It has 310 calories, with 17 grams of protein, 13 grams of fat, and 30 grams of carbs.

3. McCrispy. Fried chicken isn’t ideal. But it only has 470 calories, and it comes with 26 grams of protein.

4. Hamburger. It has a healthier nutritional makeup compared to their other burgers.

5. McCafe Americano. Enjoy your caffeine fix with zero grams of sugar.

6. Vanilla Cone. It has five grams of protein and 15% of your daily calcium.
