Trey Songz is fighting back against an $11 million default judgment issued against him in a battery lawsuit filed by a police officer named Tyrelle Dunn. Dunn alleged that Songz assaulted his wife in a Las Vegas hotel room in 2021. Songz claims he was never properly served with the lawsuit and only learned about it through the media. His legal team argues that the judgment should be set aside to allow him to defend himself in court. Las Vegas PD previously cleared Songz of any criminal charges related to the incident.
