The judge in the case against Sean “Diddy” Combs has ruled that he is to be held without bail until his trial. Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo said that he plans to appeal the bail decision on Wednesday. Diddy and his team had put together a plan that would offer $50 million for his bond and also including surrendering his passport and the passports of all of his children.
Prosecutors were supposedly worried that Diddy would intimidate witnesses and obstruct the case if he was let out from jail. They also suggested that he could be a flight risk given his wealth and access to private planes.
