Florida lawmakers have proposed legislation that not only aims to crack down on teens with guns but could hold their parents accountable too. Bill HB 15 is being proposed by Yvonne Hinson, D-District 21.
The focus is not only on properly storing guns in cars, etc. but also the consequences for the parents of the teens that are stealing them.
