The jury is seated and Sean Kingston’s fraud trial is happening. Kingston and his mom, Janice Turner are facing multiple federal wire fraud charges that stem from allegations that the pair would claim to send bank wire transfers as payment with phony paperwork as a way of defrauding businesses and people out of luxury items.
If convicted, they both face up to 20 years in prison for each of the six charged counts.
