Tampa Opening More FEMA Help Centers For Those Affected By Hurricanes

Starting on Wednesday, 10/23/24, the City of Tampa is opening three additional FEMA assistance centers for residents impacted by Hurricanes Milton and Helene.

There are a total of four locations open now from Mon - Sat 8a - noon and hours may be extended if needed.

Here are the locations:

  • Copeland Park Center (North) 11001 North 15th Street
  • Port Tampa Center (South) 4702 West McCoy Street
  • Cyrus Greene Center (East) 2101 East Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard
  • Cordelia B. Hunt Center (West) 4810 North Himes Avenue

You will also need to bring the following info to complete your applications.

  • Address of your damaged home or apartment
  • Names of people living in your household
  • A description of your disaster damages
  • Insurance information
  • Social Security Number
  • A telephone number where you can be reached, or a message can be left
  • Bank account information
  • Email address
