Multiple media outlets are reporting that Irv Gotti, the music exec credited with making stars out of Ja Rule, Ashanti and also having an early hand in the success of Jay-Z and DMX has suffered another stroke according to reports from All Hip Hop. It is also rumored (but not confirmed) that he is on life support.
If this is all true, it would be Gotti’s second stroke in two years as it was reported by the Daily Mail that he also had a stroke in 2024. Here’s a little more info on Gotti’s past health issues.
